Dr. Bradley received his B.S. in Engineering Science and his Ph.D. in Materials
science, both from the University of Texas at Austin. he taught for eight years as an
Assistant/Associate professor of Metallurgical Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines
before assuming his current position at a Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Texas
A&M University in 1976. Dr. Bradley is the Director of the Polymer Science and
Engineering Program at Texas A&M University, is Materials Thrust Area Leader for Texas
A&M University's Offshore Technology NSF Research Center, and has served as Head of
the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Texas A&M University, a department of 67
faculty members.
